At the Scent Shed we try to be as green and as eco-conscious as we can - and while we're constantly looking at ways to improve, this is where we're currently at...

The glass candle jars used are manufactured using 45% recycled glass while both the glass and the urea lids are free from chemicals associated with plastics such as Bisphenol A or Phthalates.  Both are of course reusable.

All candles and wax melts are made using EcoSoya wax which is

• Biodegradable
• Sustainable

Candle wicks for both candles and tealights are made with cotton and paper

The tealight cups are made with high-quality recyclable polycarbonate which is both non-toxic and recyclable

The gift boxes are made from partly recycled fibres and have no need for glue or tape.  The varnish stripe on the boxes is water-based meaning the packaging can be easily recycled.

The glassine bags used are made from wood pulp and are

• carbon neutral
• 100% recyclable
• Biodegradable
